Transforming Mental Health through Growth and Connection
Many Hearts,
One Motion
The philosophy behind my practice
"Many Hearts, One Motion" truly captures the essence of my work in therapy, professional training, coaching and community support. It embodies the core belief that healing and growth are never solitary paths—we always move forward together, each in our own unique way. Every individual I've had the privilege to walk alongside—children, parents, siblings, educators and collaborators—has profoundly shaped the direction of this work. Their unique stories, challenges, wisdom and incredible strengths have helped form a practice deeply grounded in compassion, authentic connection and our shared humanity. This guiding principle—many hearts, moving as one, toward greater safety, belonging and lasting change—is what drives my practice.
Acknowledgment of Country
At Hearts In Motion, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, rest, play, work and create.
We honour their deep and enduring connection to Country, to culture, to storytelling
and to the healing power of movement, art, music and community.
We pay our respects to Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples
who continue to carry wisdom, resilience and creativity across generations.
As a practice grounded in the healing arts, we recognise that the oldest continuous cultures on Earth
have always understood the power of embodied expression, ritual and connection to land and spirit.
At Hearts In Motion, we are committed to fostering cultural safety by listening deeply,
learning continuously and working respectfully with people of all cultures.
We honour diverse ways of knowing, being, moving and healing,
and strive to create a welcoming space where every individual feels seen, heard, respected and valued.
